Are you licensed?

Yes. Domestic Impressions House Cleaning is licensed in the City of Riverside and Riverside County.


Do I need to be home at the time of service?

No. In fact, it will be nice for you to come home to a thoroughly clean house when we are finished. We will need to agree on a safe way for us to gain entry upon our arrival. This will be done at the time we discuss your Personalized Cleaning Plan.


Who will be coming into my home to clean?

You are important to us and we want to be sure you are given the best job possible. That means we do all the work ourselves. We are not a referral service. We are a personalized cleaning service and only the two of us will be entering your home to complete your Personalized Cleaning Plan. No one else is allowed.


Do I need to provide cleaning supplies and equipment?

No. We bring all supplies and equipment with us. However, if there is a special product you want us to use, we will gladly use what you provide.


What do I need to do before you come?

Pick up any clutter and do the dishes. We will run your dishwasher for you if it is loaded. If we pick up for you, you might not ever find those items again. You know where your items belong and we do not. This will allow us enough time to complete your Personalized Cleaning Plan.


How often do you come clean?

In most cases, every two weeks is ample to keep your house looking clean. If you have children you may need every week. We can better judge this after we have discussed your Personalized Cleaning Plan.


How do I pay for my service?

You pay us each time we come. It can just be left in a pre-arranged location. We accept cash or checks payable to Domestic Impressions.


What if I need to cancel a scheduled cleaning?

No problem. We understand that things happen and it is not always possible for us to come into your home. If you give us one weeks notice, there will be no charge for the first time cancellation. This will allow for your vacation time once a year and allow us to schedule a one-time cleaning for another customer. Any time you cancel without at least a weeks notice, we regrettably must charge you a fee. This policy allows us to keep on schedule with all of our customers and provide everyone with our best service possible.
